Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy: We process orders Monday thru Friday. All Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow extra time during the holiday season. We ship only within the USA (48) states. We can only ship to street mailing addresses - no P.O. Boxes. We ship UPS ground as well as USPS. If you need faster shipping, please contact us by phone: 866-448-8766 (between 9am-6pm).
If for any reason we are out of stock on any item, we will contact you by phone or email. If your order is damaged, you must contact us within five days to receive a replacement or credit. Save the damaged product in the original packing material and box for five days after notifying us,so the transportation company may inspect if they wish.
Return & Refund Policy: If you wish to return any item, you must notify us within ten days: 866-448-8766 (between 9am-6pm). Items must be in the original packing. Our staff will inspect returns before any credit or replacement is issued. The customer assumes the shipping cost for any returned item. We will not accept any returns without notification. (We cannot accept any returns on food products).

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on out mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.
