Join us at Dancing Bean Coffee House for a cozy afternoon of creativity and community! In this special Bean & the Guild event, Mary Kay Buckner of the Townsend Artisan Guild will guide you through the enchanting art of watercolor.
Mary Kay, a retired art educator who rediscovered her passion for painting after moving to Walland, finds joy in capturing the beauty of everyday sights. She’ll share her techniques and tips to help you create stunning winter landscapes using watercolor, watercolor pencils, salt, and even plastic wrap.
No experience? No problem! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned artist, this class offers something for everyone. You’ll leave with two matted masterpieces (5×7 and 7×10) and the inspiration to keep exploring your creative side.
